Cancellation by Provider
If a service provider cancels your booking due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, equipment issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to another date at no additional cost.
Weather-Related Cancellations
For water-based activities, if conditions are deemed unsafe by the operator, you will receive a full refund or free rescheduling. The decision to cancel due to weather is at the sole discretion of the service provider for safety reasons.
How to Request a Cancellation
To cancel a booking, please contact us with your booking number through:
- WhatsApp: +960 978 1087
- Email: nizam@myparadise.mv
Cancellation requests are processed within 24-48 hours. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Modifications
If you need to change the date or details of your booking rather than cancel, please contact us as soon as possible. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if prices have changed.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation. This can protect you from losing your booking costs due to unexpected events such as illness, family emergencies, or travel disruptions.
