How do I make a booking?
Browse our experiences, accommodations, or packages, select your preferred dates and options, and proceed to checkout. You can pay securely online using your credit card.
Can I modify my booking?
Yes, you can modify your booking by contacting us via WhatsApp or email. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges if prices have changed.
How do I cancel my booking?
Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your booking number. Refunds are processed according to our cancellation policy - typically free cancellation up to 48 hours before for experiences and 7 days before for accommodations.
Will I receive a confirmation?
Yes, you will receive an email confirmation immediately after your booking is confirmed. You can also view your bookings in your account dashboard.

Payments & Pricing

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor, Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your full card details on our servers.
When will I be charged?
For most bookings, you are charged immediately upon booking. Some accommodations may offer pay-later options.
How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank.

Travel Information

How do I get to Fuvahmulah?
Fly internationally to Male (MLE), then take a domestic flight to Fuvahmulah (FVM). Domestic flights take about 1 hour 15 minutes. See our Getting Here page for details.
Do I need a visa?
Most nationalities receive a free 30-day visa on arrival in the Maldives. You need a valid passport with at least 6 months validity and proof of onward travel.
What is the best time to visit?
Fuvahmulah can be visited year-round. The dry season (December-April) has the best weather, while the wet season offers excellent diving conditions with more marine life activity.
Is there airport transfer available?
Yes, most accommodations offer airport pickup. You can also arrange transfers through us when booking.

Experiences & Activities

Do I need diving certification for shark diving?
Yes, tiger shark diving requires Open Water certification at minimum, though Advanced Open Water is recommended. You should be comfortable in currents.
What if weather cancels my activity?
If weather conditions make an activity unsafe, we will reschedule to another date or provide a full refund.
Can beginners participate in activities?
Many activities are suitable for all levels, including snorkeling, island tours, and cultural experiences. Each listing shows the required skill level.
What should I bring for activities?
Each booking confirmation includes a detailed packing list. Generally, bring sunscreen, swimwear, and a sense of adventure. Equipment is usually provided.

Safety & Requirements

Is diving with tiger sharks safe?
Yes, when done with experienced operators following proper protocols. Our partner dive centers have excellent safety records and trained guides.
Do I need travel insurance?
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that covers diving activities, medical evacuation, and trip cancellation.
Are there age restrictions?
Age requirements vary by activity. Most experiences accept children 10+ with parental supervision. Diving requires minimum age 12-15 depending on certification.
What health requirements are there?
Some activities require reasonable fitness levels. Diving requires medical clearance if you have certain health conditions. Details are provided on each listing.

How do I create an account?
Click "Sign Up" in the header and enter your email and password. You can also sign up during the booking process.
I forgot my password
Click "Login" then "Forgot Password" to receive a password reset link via email.
How do I update my profile?
Log in to your account and navigate to Profile Settings in your dashboard to update your information.
The website is not working properly
Try clearing your browser cache and cookies, or use a different browser. If issues persist, contact us via WhatsApp.
